First those who has passion and interest in A.I. and machine learning. Once, you have applied, we will look at your experience, education and skills. We do not make decisions based on the CV alone. We hire people, not paper, so we will also look at open source projects, blogs, GitHub publications and your activities on Stack Overflow.
After a first contact via mail, you will have a short telephone call, here we want to get to know more about you. Normally, it comes to an interview with our Hiring Manager afterwards. In this discussion, you will talk about technical and organizational topics, such as your views on testing, continuous deployment, agile methodologies, as well as your preferred ways of working and personal traits.
As part of our recruitment process, we will ask you to complete a short coding test online. The test is not timed, but it typically takes 60-90 minutes to complete. You will have the flexibility to take the test whenever it is convenient to you.
Successful candidates will have the final interview with our Hiring Manager and Managing Director, who will review with you your online coding test submission.
For most our positions, German is required, however English native speakers are likely welcome.
